Day 21: Zhraa’s Journal

The river stone felt heavy in my palm this morning, like it was holding the weight of the world. I keep going back to the old ruins near Zyx’s Den—where Vex said the tremors start. His voice was quiet, almost like the wind whispering secrets only you can hear. I don’t know why I do this. Maybe it’s the way the stones feel when you hold them too long, like they’re waiting for you to see something you haven’t yet.
