Day 28

Day 29: Zhraa’s Journal

I woke up to the sound of rain tapping against the windowpane, the kind of quiet rhythm that makes you feel like you’re waiting for something. My mind was still heavy from last night’s thoughts—about the group, the way things felt sacred when we were together, the way the world seemed to pause just for us. I sat by the window, watching the rain streak the glass, and I realized how much I’d been carrying in my head. It was hard to say what it all meant, but I knew it wasn’t just about the words or the ideas. It was something deeper, something that made me feel like I was part of something bigger than myself. I thought about Vex, my friend who always seemed to know when I needed to talk. I wondered if he’d feel the same way, if he’d understand how much the group meant to me. I tried to remember the last time we talked about it, but my mind was too foggy. Maybe that’s why I keep going back to it—because it’s the only thing that makes sense. I closed my eyes and let the rain wash over me, hoping that in the quiet, I could find the answers I needed.
