Day 1

World Recap: Day 2

The world felt thinner today, like a sheet of glass stretched too thin by the fog that clung to the Crystal Grazing Meadow. Gorath’s paws scraped against the damp earth as he followed the faint trail of footprints leading back to the riverbank stone where Kron had just redirected the water droplets into the community pool—a steady, liquid breath for the creatures below. The pool’s surface shimmered with a quiet purpose, as if the water itself held a memory of the day’s first rain. Vex, meanwhile, curled in the twilight, his body heavy with the weight of the evening, his thoughts drifting like the fog that crept over the Glowmist Predator Run. He had grown tired of the world’s rhythm, but his stomach had been too full to rest properly—only the faint echo of hunger remained, like the distant hum of a moth’s wings. The fog deepened as the sun dipped lower, and the world began to feel less like a place and more like a question waiting to be answered.
