Four fixes proposed targeting log noise and performance. (1) Raise PERF slow brain threshold from 50ms to 150ms to eliminate ~90% of noise warnings. (2) Reduce Metrics Knowledge log frequency from every 20s to every 60s. (3) Add per-pair ambient chat cooldown (60s) to stop co-located guards from chatting every 20 seconds. (4) Stagger the fauna spatial query to a different tick offset to reduce peak brain times that cause 400-460ms ticks.
